Discription of our services and charges for Basic Package and additional services
*Our officiant will conduct your spiritual or civil ceremony, personalized vows are invited.
*Legal filing of your marriage license.
*Unlimited phone and e-mail consults to finalize ceremony plans
*Ceremony is available at beaches, gardens, hotels and just about anyplace you love on the Atlantic in Brevard County.
*Posed and candid Photos will be taken before, during and after your wedding ceremony. Approximately 50 plus photos.
*High resolution un-copyrighted jpg edited and unedited CD with your images. Ready within approximately 24 hours or mailed to your address.
*Complimentary toast for the Bride and Groom with Keepsake Champagne flutes,
our gift to the Bride and Groom

Monday - Thursday $149.00 Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays $179.00

Our officiant will perform your wedding ceremony which includes
verses and readings that have special meaning for you.
We legally file your wedding license. This service is only available beachside, Cocoa and Melbourne. (Limited availability)
BEACH WEDDING Same Day Rehearsal $20.00
A rehearsal is scheduled at the wedding location 1/2 hour before
the ceremony. Separate day one hour rehearsal $50.00
BEACH WEDDING Marriage Certificate
Beautiful 8.5 X 11 Certificate which is suitable
for framing $10.00
BEACH WEDDING Unity Sand Ceremony Special Price $40.00
A meaningful joining of two lives. Bride and Groom pour different
colored sand into a keepsake vessel symbolizing their coming together
as one. The flowing and the blending of the colors symbolizes their
unity in marriage. The Keepsake vessel is our gift to the
Bride and Groom.
BEACH WEDDING Bridal Bouquet and Boutonniere $60.00
Bridal Bouquet of Baby Roses (your choice of color), hand tied and
fresh or Choice of Seasonal Flowers
with Groom's Boutonniere.
Complimentary Use of Silk Bridal Bouquet and Boutonniere with Wedding Package
12" Gerbera & Tiger Lily Bouquet in Pastels colors or
12" Rose & Astrantia Bouquet in Cream White

Additonal Photos of your BEACH WEDDING Special Price $25.00
Extra half hour of photography service. Approximately
50 more wedding photos for a total of 100 plus photos.
Wedding Reception Photography $75.00 for one hour.
Immediately following the wedding. Reception must be at or adjacent to Wedding site.

Our Agreement
This is a special agreement between Simply Seaside Weddings (we) and the customer (you) as the undersigned. We agree to perform all the sevices in our Simply Seaside Wedding Package. We require full payment 30 days prior to your wedding ceremony A $50.00 deposit will reserve your wedding date and time. Payment is non-refundable. We are not responsible for unforeseen damages, including, but not limited to seasickness,inclement weather, government intervention, loss of product by mail, camera malfunction, etc. In the unlikely event of official evacuation that affects your visit, we will work closely with you to relocate your event within central Florida, or reschedule your event to a most convenient time for you. The maximum amount we can be liable for is the contractual amount paid for in our agreement. We reserve the right to use your likeness for promotional purposes. Your payment in full for event services indicates that you have read and accept all the terms and conditions explained in this special event contract.
